Integrated Library Management System (ILMS)

Integrated Library Management System (ILMS), is an extension and modernized version of our old maintained Text Delivery System (TDS). It is an online store of ICID's original resources and other water-related resources from the ICID's library which are often difficult-to-obtain and have low circulation rates. Special emphasis is given to grey literature, not covered under copyright restrictions. The database in addition to books, reports, and articles, also includes CD-ROMs, Journals, Maps, Video / DVDs thus a repository of graphics and text simultaneously. The entire ICID Technical Library Catalogue is also available in electronic format for online searching through keywords, author, and title etc. All the available grey literature is listed under Articles section and can be searched by using keywords, title, author, ISBN, ISSN, and publisher.

All the resources are accessible without any cost involved.  Complete documents wherever available can be viewed/downloaded through the provided links. When a requested document is not readily available online a “Request for Resources” link appears on the page and users can request for the document by providing name, e-mail address, and country. If the document can be found it can be scanned and mailed within two working days, however, Central Office is making efforts to make all the available documents, articles for direct download free of charge.
