DHAN Foundation works on poverty eradication and sustainable development through community empowerment. Prof? Kumar has over 38 years of experience in Hydropower and environmental management of river and lakes. He served CLA for Hydropower on SRREN for IPCC. He established ilydraulic Turbine R&D Laboratory, Real Time Hydropower Simulator, Sediment Monitoring and Impact Analysis Laboratory and developed standards for small hydropower and lake conservation. He initiated a master programme in environmental management of rivers and lakes in2004.
He appraises projeet proposals for Government of India and state governments regularly. He carried out CIA studies of hydropower projects on few major rivers. Prof. Kumar had received various awards and recognitions from CBIP, Institution of Engineers and HpA.

Dr. Priju C.P leads the Groundwater Hydrology section of the CWRDM, Kozhikode. Over the last fourteen years, his work has focused on managing groundwater resources of Kerala and Lakshadweep region, integrated water resources management; aquifer management; artificial aquifer recharge; coastal hydrogeology and saline water intrusion; and groundwater source identification using geological and geophysical methods and source sustainability issues. Prior to joining CWRDM, he worked as a project scientist and adhoc faculty in Department of Marine Geology and Geophysics, Cochin University of Science and Technology. With an aim of providing accurate services, all these test equipment are calibrated in reference with master traceable to National Standards and have been calibrated directly by ‘NABL accredited laboratories’.
Material Testing House (India) Ltd., is having competent work force having Post Graduates / Graduates / Diploma Engineers in respective fields. Training is provided continuously to employees to enhance competence. All tests are conducted as per applicable National / International Standards. Library of MTH is having required literature to conduct tests including latest National / International standards.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1983 from Diponegoro University, then taught at the UNDIP Polytechnic at that time for 2 years after participating in preparation at PEDC Bandung. Then I left the world of civil engineering for 10 years because I entered the congregation of the Sisters of Divine Providence as a nun. In 1994, I returned to teaching at Soegijapranata Catholic University until 2002. In 1997-1999, I continued my studies at IHE-Delft in the Master of Science program, Hydraulic Engineering, branch Land and Water Development. In 2002-2016 I taught at Widya Mandira Catholic University Kupang and 2016-2019 at Flore University, Ende. In 2005-2009 I continued my doctoral studies in Water Resources Engineering at Parahyangan Catholic University. In addition to teaching, I am heavily involved in KNI-ICID, HATHI and KNIBB activities, as well as drought, raw water and irrigation study projects in NTT. My thesis is about small design irrigation in East Timor, while my dissertation is related to rainwater management for agriculture in dry areas of small islands.
