Working as Superintending Engineer, Sindh (Pakistan) from March 1993 onwards. Presently working on canal irrigation system. He as good experience in IWRM, especially with regards to the operation of Weir and Barrages across alluvial river including river basin planing and management, discharge observation, regulation and equitable distribution of canal supplies to the allocate water for competing users to maintain the IWRM strategies and policies as per law; operation and maintenance of head works and allied hydraulics structure, river training and protection works, water accounting and deal with environmental protection and management in the river basin.
