An agricultural engineer of national and international acclaim, Mr. Lahlou`s expertise lay in hydro-agricultural management and gravity and sprinkler irrigation. He spent his entire career in the service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reforms, Morocco. As an active member of ICID, and in his capacity of Secretary General of ANAFID (Moroccan National Committee of ICID), Mr. Lahlou participated in many missions and conferences at the international level.
