Mr. B.P. Bhatnagar

Mr. Bhatnagar was born in March 1933, obtained B.E. (Hons) (Civil) 1952; has been Secretary to Government, Irrigation Department, Rajasthan, since April 1988; and was Secretary to Government, Indira Gandhi Nahar Department, cum-Adminstrator and Chairman, Indira Gandhi Nahar Board (1986-1988); Chief Engineer-cum-Additional Secretary to Government, Irrigation Department, Rajasthan (1984-1986); Chief Engineer, Mahi Bajajsagar Project (1982-1984); Chief Engineer (WAPCOS); Pugyi Project Implementation and Coordination Committee, Burma (1975-1982). He was Vice President of ICID from 1988-1991.
